Refund Policy

Missing or defective item:

We stand behind what we sell, and your satisfaction is important to us. If anything is defective or missing, please contact us within a week of receiving your order and we will correct it for you.  

To request a return, you can contact us at [email protected].  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We regretfully cannot refund customers for returns that are opened, damaged or used, or more than 30 days past the order date.

30-day return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Sale or closeout items are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note we cannot refund shipping charges, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any returns or exchanges after 30 days will be refused.   We reserve the right to refuse a refund for used or damaged returned goods. Please use a trackable method of shipping to return any goods; the customer is responsible for damages or losses during return shipping.

Restocking Fee:

A re-stocking charge of 15% applies to products that have been cut by the 1/2 yard and yard (this includes doll skin, velour, inner head tubing, cording, doll kits and felts), unless defective.  

Approved Returns can follow the below directions to return:

Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging.

Sorry, we cannot accept any C.O.D. returns.

Please enclose a copy of your order with your return. Without this, we may not be able to locate your original order. 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will send you a refund check or credit back your charge card, depending on your method of payment. We refund shipping charges at ground service rates if we made an error with your order, or if something is defective.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, special orders, sale and closeout items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item if you wish to exchange.

All standard shipping charges will apply for exchanges shipped to the customer. Goods returned for exchange must be in new condition.

Any goods that are customer used or damaged are non-refundable.
